Hello, my name is Viktoria Kovacheva!
I am a massage therapist based in La Cala del Moral (Málaga). My healing path began as a physiotherapy student in my home country Bulgaria. I found my passion in helping others. In 2018 I graduated from The Medical University of Pleven, which provided me with extensive experience and knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue (Sports) and Swedish Massage.

My massage style is slow and intuitive with a holistic approach. My interest in yoga, meditation and in general Eastern Philosophy, has helped me grow as a person and therapist.

In our culture and especially in these difficult times, touch is often in short supply. Physical contact can trigger a boost in serotonin, a natural antidepressant. Because of the human tendency to keep the stress and negative emotions in, we all carry emotional and physical pain in our bodies. Being aware of our breathing takes attention away from thinking and creates space. Massage invites us to stop, BREATHE, and connect with our inner self.

How to be at PEACE now? By making peace with the present moment. Let go of daily worries and stress. Surrender to the beautiful music, mindful movement and conscious breathing.
